OnlyCrypto.store operates as a marketplace facilitator. When you list a product for sale on the Platform, you agree to the following commission structure:

The commission is automatically deducted before funds are forwarded to the seller's cryptocurrency wallet. The seller receives 90% of the sale price.

Example: For a product listed at $1,000 USD — the seller receives $900 worth of crypto, and OnlyCrypto.store retains $100 as commission.

As a seller on the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest product descriptions
• Ship products within the agreed timeframe after payment confirmation
• Accept the 10% commission on all completed sales
• Use only your own cryptocurrency wallet addresses

OnlyCrypto.store is designed with privacy by default. We minimize data collection and do not store personal identification beyond what is required for order fulfillment. Communication between buyers and sellers is facilitated through aliases and optional PGP encryption. We do not share any data with third parties.

The Platform strictly prohibits the listing of weapons, explosives, narcotics, counterfeit documents, stolen goods, or any item whose sale violates international law. Violations will result in immediate removal and permanent ban.

OnlyCrypto.store acts solely as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or authenticity of products listed by third-party sellers. Buyers purchase at their own risk. All sales are final — refunds are at the seller's discretion.

These terms are governed by international e-commerce standards. By using the Platform, you accept that disputes will be handled through mediation between the involved parties.
